1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the order date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging with all tags attached

Personalized items, as well as underwear and socks, cannot be returned.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@canott.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to complete the return.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

Refunds are issued only for items returned in resellable condition.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is not picked up from a parcel machine or delivery location within the required timeframe (usually 3–5 days), it will be returned to the sender. In such cases, we will deduct the original and return shipping fees from your refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
