Yes. We offer vegan-friendly options like the TOKU Rome sandals, made from Piñatex (a leather alternative from pineapple leaf fibers). These shoes are handmade in Europe and fully plant-based.

No. We don’t work with mass platforms like Amazon or AliExpress. Our selection includes high-quality pieces from independent European brands that focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and ethical practices.

All items come from European suppliers. Many are handcrafted locally, such as Trendbag bags, made in Estonia using upcycled materials from the furniture industry—resulting in unique and long-lasting designs.

Absolutely. Quality and longevity are core to our product selection. We avoid disposable trends and aim to support a conscious lifestyle with timeless, well-made products.

Payments

We currently accept payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and PayPal. These are secure and trusted payment providers used worldwide.

Yes. All transactions are processed using secure, encrypted systems provided by Stripe and PayPal. Your payment details are never stored on our site.

Our prices are listed in euros (€). If you’re purchasing from outside the eurozone, your bank or PayPal will convert the amount using their current exchange rate.

All prices include applicable taxes.
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, additional customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Shipping

Delivery within the EU typically takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. For non-EU countries, delivery may take up to 30 business days in rare cases.

We work with reliable logistics partners such as DPD, DHL, FedEx, Omniva, PostNord, and others—depending on your country and region.

If your order includes items from different brands or suppliers, they will be shipped separately. This means you may receive multiple packages, and separate shipping fees may apply for each supplier.

Shipping fees depend on your location and the supplier. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout. We use flat-rate pricing per brand/supplier for transparency.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, a refund will not be issued. Please make sure to collect your package on time from the pick-up point or delivery service.

Returns

You can return most products within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Please note that personalized items, underwear, and socks cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Always contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Email us at info@canott.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
We’ll reply with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

If you fail to collect your order and it’s returned to the sender, you won’t be eligible for a refund—neither for the item nor for the shipping cost.
Please ensure you collect your parcel within the pickup deadline (typically 3–7 days) to avoid this.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days. The refund will be made using your original payment method.
