This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made on canott.com and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

Lithuania (LT), Latvia (LV), Estonia (EE)

We may expand our shipping destinations in the future. If your country is not listed, shipping may not be available at this time.


2) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are charged per order, not per item, and depend on the delivery destination:

  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: €3.99

Free standard shipping is available for EU orders over € 99.

The final shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before payment.


3) Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are typically processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Most orders within the EU are delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on destination, product availability, and carrier conditions.

In exceptional circumstances (for example, high demand, supplier delays, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions), delivery may take longer, up to 21 business days after dispatch.

If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you by email.


4) Delivery Method (Pick-up Point or Address)

Orders are usually delivered to a pick-up point.

If there are no pick-up points within 5 km of the delivery address, the order will be delivered directly to the customer’s address, depending on the carrier’s availability.


5) Multiple-Brand / Multiple-Package Orders

Orders containing products from different brands may be shipped in multiple packages and may arrive separately.

In such cases, you may receive more than one tracking number.


6) Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.


7) Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


8) Unclaimed Parcels / Undeliverable Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, or

  • the parcel was not collected from the pick-up point within the carrier’s deadline,

we may process a refund once the parcel is returned, minus:

  • outbound shipping costs, and

  • any carrier return charges incurred.

If you still wish to receive the item, a new order must be placed.

Your statutory EU consumer rights remain unaffected and are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.


9) Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact info@canott.com as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number, and

  • photos of the item and its packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
