These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on canott.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy (together, the “Policies”), which form part of these Terms.

1) Products & Information
We offer carefully selected products from European brands. Due to the use of natural materials and/or handcrafted production, items may vary slightly from photos and descriptions.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
2) Placing an Order & Contract Formation
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
A purchase contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch or otherwise explicitly accept your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in limited cases (for example, suspected fraud, stock or pricing errors, or shipping restrictions). If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
3) Shipping Destinations & Delivery
We currently ship to the following countries:
Lithuania (LT), Latvia (LV), Estonia (EE).
Delivery methods, tracking, estimated delivery times, and multiple-package shipments (for orders containing products from multiple brands) are described in our Shipping Policy.
Some products may be shipped directly from our partner warehouses within the European Union.
In exceptional cases (for example, high demand, supplier delays, or peak seasons), In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days after dispatch.
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
4) Prices, Currency & Payments
All prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
All prices are final. The seller is not a VAT payer under applicable legislation.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal.
We do not store full payment card details.
All transactions are encrypted and securely processed.
5) Shipping Fees
Shipping is charged per order, not per item, based on destination:

Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: €3.99
Free standard shipping is available on orders over €99.

6) Returns, Refunds & EU Right of Withdrawal
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions for certain goods.
7) Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Parcels
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for collecting parcels within the carrier’s deadline.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was not collected in time, the handling of refunds or re-shipment is described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
8) Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact info@canott.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
We will propose an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
9) Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, strikes, severe weather, or supplier issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
11) Complaints & Dispute Resolution (Lithuania / EU)
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@canott.com.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve the dispute, you may submit a request to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) in Lithuania for out-of-court dispute resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Consumers retain all mandatory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
